Der Hammerstein may collect Personal Information about you. This may include your name, home address, telephone number, email address, and information about your preferences and online purchasing of minerals from our Website.

Please note that Der Hammerstein does not store any credit or debit card information, or bank account information, as all payment authorisations are handled by third parties.

  • through your use of the Website – via data recorded by the Website, and stored locally on your computer through the use of cookies (this allows us to recognise you and your preferred settings, and saves you from re-entering information on return visits to the site); and your IP Address (used to monitor your usage of the Website);

If you register with us, a Login Account will created for you using your email address as your username, and your chosen password. Your password will then be linked to your email address. You are responsible for any use of your password or your Login Account.

Each time you purchase a specimen (and log in) you will be ask to confirm that your personal details are correct and current, and edit as necessary. At all other times, please contact us if your Personal Information is or becomes inaccurate or out of date.
